The image I have attached is the result of a search for “inclusive classroom”. Inclusion is at the forefront of my teaching philosophy; as I have continued to place emphasis on the importance of growing and learning in this area. I strive to do my part to fulfill our school’s Indigenous Action Plan, to re-examine my curriculum from the lens of Critical Race Theory, to integrate inclusive representation via guest speakers & imagery.  I strive to maintain the practice of frequent reflection and taking up new challenges.
