I feel that my role as an educator is that of a sports coach.

A student is like an athlete, who want to excel at his/her chosen field of study/sport. I encourage one to dream big and set goals, be the best they can be in that field.

I am the person who helps them recognize their talents, encourages the timid to make decisions and be bold, and challenges them to take steps towards achieving those goals. I encourage them to work hard, work efficiently, and be smart in achieving those dreams.  I help them find the path and pave the way to achieving those goals.

My goal has always been to get the best of my students
