I have shared my SoTL Project Plan to the SoTL  folder, and it includes all of the answers for the Part 1, #1 of this activity.

For Part 1, #2 of this activity, I have uploaded the image here that represents the direction I intend to go with this SoTL research.

This project would take a lot of collaboration between our team, faculty we’ve worked with, faculty we haven’t worked with, students who have taken online courses, students who plan to take online courses,  as well as similar units to ours from other institutions who we’d like to consult. In short, it might take a small village, but also, many hands make light-er work, right? 😉 😀

I also really like the circular shape that the hands make because this type of project would be ongoing because even if/when courses achieve a high-quality designation, it is not a ‘forever’ designation. Continuous updating and revamping are both necessary to maintain high quality over time.
