1. Focus on student learning.
2. Be reflective and ASK interesting questions.
   • What’s pleasing you? (find out, so you can do more of this)
   • What’s troubling you? (find out, so you can improve this)
3. Close the loop! 
   • Busy schedules, fear of needing to change, lack of wanting to change often prevents this critical step.
