I created a Padlet to allow students to share one of their SMART goals and then provide feedback on their peer’s SMART goals. I think this activity will be really useful since it gives students the opportunity to collaborate and get feedback from each other. This would be beneficial leading up to one of the reflection assignments where they are required to come up with 5 SMART goals. Sometimes students are missing aspects of the SMART goal setting model and this would provide a good opportunity for them to gain feedback prior to submitting the assignment.
