I am not currently teaching a course, but am heavily invested in assisting staff in developing their knowledge, skills and self-confidence.  The task I chose for this activity was to assist staff in becoming confident and independent users of our new document management system.  This can be an area of frustration for some, and can result in a lack of confidence in their ability to learn this system.  Working backwards from the creation of confident and skilled users of the system, I looked at the steps required to achieve this result.  These are outlined in the attached planning document.  If you, the reader, can think of anything else I should add, please enter into the discussion:-)
