Students often struggle to install all of the Microsoft Office applications on their systems for various reasons (technology limitations, installation errors, etc.).  Sometimes there also issues around sharing large files and file compatibility. These issues can really frustrate learners as this is often a barrier for them to complete their work.

Many students are not aware that they have free access to Office365 and that this provides them with access through most browsers and on most platforms to all of the major office applications.  Also, it provides them with 1 TB of free storage that can also be used for sharing large files.  Finally, if everyone uses Office365 then file compatibility issues are extremely unlikely to occur.  I will be trying to increase awareness of Office365 to overcome these barriers for students.
