Scholarship of Teaching and Learning contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching methodologies, promote evidence-based practices, and ultimately enhance student learning experiences.

I have seen my motivations to teach  evolve over time. They played a pivotal role in shaping my commitment, enthusiasm, and effectiveness in the classroom.
