SoTL Project Reflection
The attached document describes the reflection process involving faculty members from three college campuses coming together to share their insights. Through this reflective dialogue, we identified challenges associated with the traditional organ system-based approach to teaching pharmacology, recognizing the importance of a more integrated strategy to meet the diverse learning needs of our student cohorts.
