As an instructor in SSW (Social Service Work), I am advocating to adopt industry case managmetn tools to be used in live courses. Further, I want to work on a system where role plays are more engaging (unfamiliar students as clients). This may be two projects upon furhter reflection but I thought this was a starting point.
