An issue I’ve often encountered in teaching ELLs in Korea is the extreme reluctance to ask questions, or at least admit to not understanding an idea. How can I encourage students to share this crucial information anonymously, ideally allowing me to gather and rank input from the entire class, so I can then adjust subsequent lessons to address this points of confusion?
