I found this exercise intriguing. It is not often that we allocate the necessary time to scrutinize our operational procedures and use technology to enhance collaborative efforts. Moreover, during the assessment of the individuals participating, a noticeable lack of diversity in both background and skillsets became evident. Engaging individuals possessing a wider spectrum of knowledge and expertise could be highly advantageous.
