This was a great reminder for me to re-visit some of the information my students gave me at the beginning of the course about why they chose to enroll. I think after a few semesters of collecting this kind of data from students, I could use this information to see how the course outline, content, and assignments/activities match up with what the students are saying interested them about the topic in the first place.
