WIIFM is a perspective that I oftentimes assume I am consciously thinking about; however, while completing this exercise, I realized maybe I wasn’t conscious enough.  When we are forced to put ourselves into the students’ shoes and say, what’s in it for me, you quickly realize what adjustments you may need to make to improve your task or assignment. WIIFM is a great question!
