One of my favourite courses to teach is one of the Health Care Assistant courses about Caring for individuals experiencing cognitive or mental challenges.  I can see using this activity at the beginning of the course, because many students have “preconceived” ideas about dementia.  I could also see how adding it to the end of the course to compare their initial WIIFM with what they actually learned throughout course.
