One of courses that I teach is about Innovation and Change Management, so I opted to use OASIS to perform a general search first, to find Open Educational Resources (OER). Fortunately, I found exactly what I was looking for in my first initial search, so I decided to just skip looking at the other referatories and repositories in order to focus my efforts in examining the OER that I already curated. I am a very big fan of providing my students materials that they can go back to whenever they forget or need a refresher, so I believe a referatories would work better on my pedagogy as it will allow my students continued access to the material even after their access to the institutions Learning Management System (LMS) has expired. Furthermore, I strongly advocate for providing materials that student can better benefit from and take advantage of to put them in a better position to get a high-level position or job. So, I love giving OERs that provides them a certificate upon completion so that they can add that to their resumes apart from the diploma that they get when they graduate. I normally give them as optional course material not as a requirement because of the long investment involved in completing them. So, without further ado, here are the following OER resources I found to support my Innovation and Change Management students:

Saylor.org Academy: PRDV229: Organization Structure, Change, and the Future of Management course.

I believe this course will help students have better understanding of the basics and what they need to know before tackling Innovation and Change Management. This course gives them an overview or the foundation material that will help them better absorb the modules and materials in the Innovation and Change Management course. Furthermore, it be used as an assessment/study topic for students during the reading week as it provides a certificate at the completion of the course, which they can include in their resume.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT): Open Courseware- Organizational Leadership and Change

While the OER prior to this offers a foundational overview for the Innovation and Change Management course. This specific OER can be bridged once the students have completed the Innovation and Change Management course as this course is more about the practical aspect of change management while blending in the theoretical concept of the course. This course is perfect for students who want to learn the practical side of change management so that they can better apply it for the workforce or if they simply want to learn more about the course.

Wise-Online: Marketing Your Change Course tool

Normally, change can be alienating, scary, and seen as something negative. This specific course tool will allow students to practically better understand and offer them a different perspective on how they can leverage change in a positive light whether in the workforce or to market it to their customers/patients. Since it is a course tool, this can easily be integrated and required to the course that I teach and can be done during the allotted course duration.

JSTOR: Improving Implementation: Organizational Change and Project Management

For students who want further reading on the course and one that would give them benefit for doing so, I found this book that can help students build/improve upon what they have already learned from the course material. Furthermore, the book can also be used as the primary book for the course itself as it also provides an overview of the important topics in change management.
