Empathy Map exercise
This was an interesting exercise. I decided to do one representing learner feedback to micro-credentials. We’ve already received some feedback from surveys on the micro-credentials we have delivered, so that was the starting point for this exercise.
I can see why empathy maps like this would be a very useful tool in gathering and representing learner feedback; a lot of the time learner feedback comes to the administrators but while there may be changes made to the course or program in response to that feedback, its not always shared back to the learners in a visible way. This empathy map process has a feedback system built right into it.
