This highlights some of the challenges I face with teaching International Students. While my assessments usually indicate that they need help, they do not proactively seek help. Based on feedback and observation over the last year, I believe that they have personal challenges – in addition to the pressures of school. This map tries to identify some of the more pressing emotions/behaviour that students are experiencing.
