I am developing curriculum for a new course on entrepreneurship in healthcare and located the following resources (key words included entrepreneurship, innovation, healthcare, case study using combinations of boolean operators):

This open-source text from the eCampus Ontario library contains many of the foundational concepts that will be key components of the course (e.g., business models, planning, etc) and is one of the best of the resources I located:

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Toolkit (ecampusontario.ca)

Another possible resource is an open-source text I located from the MERLOT database:

Entrepreneurship – OpenStax

I also found an interesting paper in the CORE database which might be helpful for students to understand the concept of social entrepreneurship:

The potential of social enterprise to enhance health and well-being: a model and systematic review – CORE

I recently completed an open learning series which has some valuable media content that can be used under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license that I will explore adding:

U of T Alumni Entrepreneurship Open Learning Series | The BRIDGE (utoronto.ca)
