This was good. I often get caught up in ensuring that I am covering all the material that needs to be delivered. This exercise allowed me to really stop and think about where the students are coming from – they have other classes from other teachers, they have personal lives – none of that stops for school.

I will take more time to think about how we can consider these facts, and still give them a great experience.
