My learner challenge was encouraging students to share their experiences and thoughts in class discussions. I have tried to develop some more easily relatable opening questions that can be used to get students to think about the skills and techniques they already use when searching for information. The intention is to use these to ease into deeper discussions later on in the lesson, once students have a better understanding of the more technical language of searching.
