Learner Empathy Map
I recently taught an Operations Management for Quality Assurance course. Rather than having a mid-term and final exam for this course, the students were required to complete a course project. The project had the students using each learning outcome from the start of the course to the end of the course. Most of my students are international students and the concept of doing a course project was new to them. Thus, I found it interesting the types of feed back I was getting from the students on this project. This is why I chose to do my empathy map on this particular course that I recently taught. I hope to take this map and make necessary changes for the next time I teach this course.
