I’ve recently been working on new program development and this requires extensive collaboration with many stakeholders.  The image that I’ve provided tries to identify the major stakeholders in developing new programs at a typical Ontario college.  It also describes some of the communication methods that we have used and some of the patterns and gaps that we encountered.
