Nursing care plans are used frequently throughout nursing education. The assignment is to help students develop their critical thinking, their nursing process brain. Often students is second semester struggle with their first few care plans. I have created this self-learning package which dissects the care plan and provides step-by-step instructions to creating a successful care plan.
