Taxation Learner Empathy Map
For this empathy map assignment, I considered the views of students in my taxation courses to discern where there could be areas for improvement and where more options/ alternatives could be provided to students, as well as identify what already seemed to be working well. Many students have lots of things going on in their lives right now, especially with school being online, so it is important to make sure course instructions are presented clearly and efficiently. Additionally, I found that many students seem to have a variety of preferences in terms of how courses are facilitated online, so it may be useful to provide a variety of different assignment options to choose from.
