I compare my teaching philosophy to a nurturing garden, where I must carefully select and deliver knowledge as seeds, enrich the learning environment with educational theories as fertilizer, and foster active student engagement as sunlight. Through this metaphor, the philosophy highlights the importance of individualized learning experiences, thoughtful reflection, and adapting to diverse student needs to cultivate deep understanding and growth in the educational journey.
