For this empathy map, I focused on students in the Embedded Systems Design program.  These students are predominantly international, and as such, their pain and needs are often shared collectively. The ESD program has a reputation for being quite difficult (from a learner perspective), and current COVID measures have not helped to ease this pain.  With increased knowledge in digital literacy through the technology Ontario Extend course, I hope to be able to provide a variety of new and innovative ways to help ease their pain.
